My friend, Rachel, over at R & R Workshop is doing
and, as you know, we are huge Disney Junkies!!!
When we head to Disneyland we dress the part, or at least we wear a Disney inspired shirt!
For this simple and easy DIY Disney shirt all I did was grab a shirt from my closet and a bleach pen.
*Now, make sure you put something between the front and back of your shirt so the bleach doesn’t go all the way through to the other side.
Then, I free handed the Mickey’s with the bleach pen by making three circles. I started with the top left because I am right handed. I didn’t want to accidentally put my hand in the bleach. I continued all the way down the shirt. Let the bleach take the color out of the shirt by keeping it flat until all the Mickey’s are the same color. It is so cool watching it change colors as the bleach works on the shirt. Then, immediately throw it in the wash or at least a sink full of water to rinse out the bleach.
